1. About Machine Chimp
Machine Chimp is an online platform that facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, service providers, and businesses related to pre-owned heavy machinery and industrial services.
The Platform allows users to:

- Post service and procurement requirements

Machine Chimp acts only as an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between users.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or using the Platform under lawful supervision
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete
Businesses and organizations using the Platform must ensure that their representatives are authorized to act on their behalf.
3. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

You are solely responsible for User Content posted by you.

- The listed machines, services, or products are genuine and legally saleable
Machine Chimp reserves the right to remove any content that:
- Is misleading or fraudulent
- Violates applicable laws
- Contains offensive or harmful material
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Damages the integrity of the Platform
5. Platform Role and Disclaimer
Machine Chimp is only a marketplace and directory platform.
We do not:
- Own listed machinery
- Verify every listing or service provider
- Guarantee quality, condition, availability, legality, or safety
- Guarantee successful transactions
- Act as broker, dealer, or agent unless explicitly stated
Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before entering into transactions or agreements.
Machine Chimp shall not be liable for disputes between users.
6. Payments and Commercial Terms
Currently, Machine Chimp may provide listing and networking services without directly processing payments between buyers and sellers.
Any payments, negotiations, warranties, logistics, or contractual obligations between users are their sole responsibility unless otherwise specified by Machine Chimp.
If paid services are introduced in the future, additional commercial terms may apply.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with website functionality
- Harvest or misuse user information
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Violate intellectual property rights
Machine Chimp may suspend or terminate users engaging in prohibited conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content excluding User Content, including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Website design
- Text
- Graphics
- Software
- Databases
are owned by or licensed to Machine Chimp and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Machine Chimp may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
